Yosemite is one of my favorite places on earth. Maybe it’s because of it’s grandness and beauty. Maybe it’s because I’ve made some of the best memories of my life there. I accomplished one of the most physically challenging things I’ve ever done there (climbing to the top of Half Dome), conquering my fear of heights at the same time. I witnessed two of my best friends get engaged beneath a snow covered waterfall there. I even married the man of my dreams in the historic little chapel there, and we’ve made an effort to go back at least once a year ever since (a tradition we plan to continue). Yes, there are many reasons Yosemite holds a special place in my heart, and now I can add this trip to the list.
It was so fun getting to share my love for this place with 3 of my dearest friends (2 of them had never been!). We spent the entire weekend exploring, laughing, reflecting, resting and ultimately praising God for his incredible creation. I’m so thankful for friends I can do all of that and more with. Now, without further ado, here are a few photos from our #4days4friends1superadventure.
